Pickert Family Farm Organic Maple Syrup
Locally-made, USDA organic, pure New York maple syrup from Pickert Family Farm. Grade A dark with robust flavor.
Maple syrup made the old-fashioned way: one grove, one pan.
The Pickert family has been farming in upstate New York for over 125 years. Their maple syrup comes from a 60-acre hardwood forest on the slopes of the Tug Hill Plateau. The shale soils of the region, coupled with wood-fired evaporation, give their pure syrup a rich, complex flavor found nowhere else.
Winner of two Blue Ribbons of Excellence, 2016 International Maple Syrup Council contest in Burlington, Vermont.

I just tried the syrup yesterday on my waffle. It has a very nice medium flavor. I’d buy it again.

I’m looking forward to tasting your syrup. Is it grade A amber or grade A dark amber? I prefer the latter. It also says that I can get 32oz in a plastic bottle. Is this still available?
