Crafted in Wisconsin, each piece of this smoked domestic Swiss has the perfect, creamy, off-white color and a light-brown (edible) rind for a perfect presentation on a cheese plate, or cubed up for a snack.
The smoky flavor of the apple and hardwood is nice and mild, allowing the flavor of the Swiss cheese to still come through.
