Chalet Cheese Co-op

The Chalet Cheese Co-op was founded in Monroe, Green County, Wisconsin in 1885 by five dairy farmers, and as of today is America's only Limburger cheese plant. Their cheeses have won over 100 awards in regional, state, national, and international competitions.
