Did you know…? Every weekend, we have grilled cheese to-go at the Adams Cheese Shop! We’ve got classic grilled cheese sandwiches with American cheese or sharp Cheddar (made with Adams Reserve extra-sharp NY Cheddar), plus a special Melt of the Month. Call ahead to see what this month’s special is, or stop in and surprise yourself! Previous specials have included:
- “Grown-Up” Grilled Cheese made with Adams Reserve, sliced dill pickles, and whole grain mustard on sourdough.
- Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese made with Adams Reserve, American cheese, pickled jalapeño peppers, and barbecue kettle chips on sourdough.
We use locally-made cultured butter from Black River Valley Natural for all our sandwiches for that extra bit of drool-worthy flavor.
We can also grill up Halloumi for that crispy, brown edge that makes it famous! Stop in Saturday or Sunday from 10-3 and see what you’ve been missing.
