A buttery-flavored, flat, and squeaky cheese made in Scandinavia for over 200 years, known as Juustoleipä or Ostbrod, meaning "bread cheese."

This traditional cheese is created with milk from cows on Wisconsin pastures, hand milked by Amish farmers, and delivered in chilled milk cans… the old fashioned way.

Serve it in strips with jam, honey, or syrup for breakfast, or as an appetizer with savory dips or salsa.

You can grill it, sear it in a pan, or bake it in the oven until golden brown and then enjoy on its own or in a sandwich. Just heat, flip occasionally, and enjoy!
