Holy cow …. this cheese is amazing!!! We stopped into quaint little creamery in Nelson, WI and discovered BellaVitano. The balsamic was fabulous as was the peppered. Served with sliced apples and nuts, was crazy tasty!

This cheese is soooo good. Serve at room temperature for the best flavor. Slightly sharp with a mild hint of balsamic flavor.
