As a child, I remember my dadโs fondness for Limburger Cheese. My mother warned me to stay away from the kitchen whenever dad was having a bite of โhisโ cheese. As an adult, I have been looking for some Limburger I could truly enjoy. None I tried brought me anywhere near the pleasure I wanted. Until my wife found Country Castle Limburger at our nearby Detwilerโs Farm Market. It is absolutely perfect in texture and the strong cheese flavor is addictive. Because we travel a lot, I wish I could find a directory of stores that carry this wonderful product.
