WISCONSIN. The natural smoky flavor is very mild, and really lets the flavor of the Bourbon be the star of the show. The cream-colored round of Gouda has an edible rind of dark brown color that looks beautiful on a cheese plate, cut into wedges or cubes.
For beer pairing, the incredible combination of flavors in this cheese make it a perfect pairing with something like a Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro.
