Wild Muse is cultured with yogurt made in-house at North Country Creamery, and washed in a cherry Brett (a beer made with the wild Brettanomyces yeasts), made by friends and neighbors at Ausable Brewing Co., using their own farm-grown cherries.
A farmstead, non-GMO, 100% grass-fed cow's milk cheese, from the pastures of the Adirondacks.
