Similar to Bleu Cheese and Humboldt Fog , it's perfect in charcuterie, crudité, and cheese boards.

Pair with herbaceous flavor combinations, earthy notes like mushroom and beet, seeds and seeded crackers, bread, pistachio, walnuts, and anything nutty.
